Plus, it’s super tasty, and not only is it full of protein, but it’s also low in sugar and carbs.  

Although I don’t think these breakfast braids are as pretty as the rings, most people find them very impressive.
I always get tons of compliments on them when I make them.
Like many of the recipes on this list, the braid combines a crescent roll crust with sausage, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, eggs, salt, and pepper. 
It contains all your breakfast staples, and it’s kind of like one long sausage roll with eggs. If you like breakfast, you’ll like this braid.

This tart is a bit like a flatbread breakfast pizza. Every bite is perfect, but the white cheddar and chives are what really set it off.
The bacon and eggs don’t hurt either, of course.

The breakfast tart above is an excellent choice if you prefer a more savory breakfast option.
However, if I’m having a tart for breakfast, I want it covered in fruit. 
That’s what you get with this one. You’ll start with a buttery crescent roll base. I actually buy the butter-flavored crescent rolls for this tart.
Then you’ll add a light, creamy filling of Cool Whip, cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla.
Finally, top the whole thing off with your favorite fruits and berries and enjoy! 

Despite looking nothing like an omelet, breakfast pinwheels taste remarkably similar to one.
They’re small, cute breakfast mouthfuls that are perfect for busy mornings.
Stuffed with eggs, bacon, cheddar cheese, peppers, and onions, they taste like nothing so much as bite-sized omelets with crescent rolls added in.
Best of all, if you’re severely pressed for time in the mornings, you can prepare this the night before, meaning you’ll only need 15 minutes to heat them the next day.

These bacon quiche crescent cups taste very much like the breakfast pinwheels above. 
That’s probably because they share several of the same ingredients: crescent rolls, bacon, eggs, and cheddar cheese.
These have a richer, earthier flavor, though, thanks primarily to the addition of heavy cream, smooth cream cheese, and garden-fresh chives. 
They, too, are quick and easy to make, requiring only 35 minutes total time to make eight flavorful cups.
